摘要
青年教师的健康成长与良好的职业发展对高职教育的未来发展至关重要。在厘清高职院校青年教师职业发展影响因素的基础上,针对青年教师职业发展中存在的问题,遵循青年教师成长规律,将青年教师自身成长需求与高职院校发展需要相结合,通过保障青年教师参加职业发展活动的自主决定权、构建青年教师专业化培训体系、健全青年教师考核评聘制度、建构以教师职业发展为中心的高职院校师资管理机制等措施,有效促进高职院校青年教师的健康成长和职业发展。
The healthy growth and good career development of young teachers are of great importance to the future development of higher vocational education. On the basis of clarifying the influencing factors of the career development of young teachers in higher vocational colleges, the article directs at the problems existing in the career development of young teachers, following their growth regularity, and combines their growth needswith the development needs of higher vocational colleges. The healthy growth and career development of youngteachers in higher vocational colleges will be effectively promoted by such measures as guaranteeing the autonomy of young teachers to participate in career development activities, constructing a professional training systemfor young teachers, improving the evaluation and appointment system for young teachers, and constructing a faculty management mechanism in higher vocational colleges with the teachers' career development as the center.
