摘要

职业文化是一种有机的职业能动性的总和,职业文化素质是高职院校学生职业生命力发展的主要动力。根据文化的一般涵义、企业文化的结构及职业文化与校园文化的综合理解,高职院校职业文化教育内容包括:培养以职业精神与企业精神为高职院校职业文化建设内核的核心价值观;构筑以职业伦理为导向的职业生态文化;创造以产品文化为核心的员工、客户、消费者满意的职业教育观;打造职业人文教育体系的职业人文关怀的高尚情操及优秀的职业人文素质。
        Vocational culture is the sum of organic career initiative.Vocational cultural quality is the main driving force of the development of vocational college students' vocational vitality.According to the comprehensive understanding of the general meaning of culture,the enterprise culture structure and the campus culture,vocational culture education includes:cultivating the core values with vocational sprit and enterprise spirit;constructing vocational ecological culture by vocational ethics;creating vocational education view based on employees,customers and consumers;building excellent vocational humanistic quality on the vocational humanistic education system.
