摘要
以聚碳酸酯(PC)/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)合金为研究对象,考察了不同的挤出工艺对PC/PBT合金材料性能的影响。结果表明,随着加工温度的升高,材料的韧性呈现先上升后下降的趋势,流动性总体呈现出上升的趋势,而耐热性能则是下降趋势,加工温度为250℃时综合性能最佳;随着螺杆转速的增加,材料的韧性和流动性均呈现上升的趋势,但耐热性能逐渐下降。
The influences of different extrusion process parameters on the properties of polycarbonate( PC)/poly( butylene terephthalate)( PBT) alloy were investigated. The results show that with the increase of temperature,the toughness first increases and then decreases. The fluidity generally shows an increase trend,while the heat resistance is a downward trend.The comprehensive performance is the best when the processing temperature is 250 ℃. As the increase of screw speed,the toughness and fluidity of the material show an increasing trend,however the heat resistance gradually decreases.
