摘要
全过程造价控制管理贯穿于建筑工程项目的投资决策、设计、招标投标、施工、竣工验收等全过程,是对项目全生命周期的造价管理。本文以花园雷迪森大厦工程为案例,以投资方视角,探讨了基于BIM的全过程造价管理。
The whole process cost control management runs through the whole process of investment decision, design, bidding,construction, completion and acceptance of construction projects, and is the cost management of the whole life cycle of the project. Taking the Garden Radisson Building project as an example, this paper explores the whole process cost management based on BIM from the perspective of investors.
