下肢骨折内固定手术的手术室护理配合

摘要
目的探讨下肢骨折内固定手术的手术室护理配合方法的治疗效果,为临床护理研究提供参考依据。方法选取2017年1月—2018年4月该院收治的60例下肢骨折患者作为本次研究对象,采用随机分组的方式,将60下肢骨折患者分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。其中对照组骨折患者配合常规的护理进行治疗,观察组下肢骨折患者进行综合护理治疗,对下肢骨折内固定手术的手术室护理配合方法的治疗效果进行比较。结果对照组下肢骨折患者愈合时间(72.39±3.87)d,下地时间(75.29±3.97)d,住院天数(96.32±4.19)d,观察组下肢骨折患者愈合时间(42.37±2.32)d,下地时间(45.85±2.41)d,住院天数(68.25±2.50)d,差异有统计学意义(t=8.583、6.774、5.799,P<0.05);对照组并发症发病率为23.33%;观察组并发症发病率为6.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.021,P<0.05)。对照组满意度为60.00%;观察组满意度为90.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.793,P<0.05)。结论通过对下肢骨折患者进行综合护理治疗,不仅可以明显降低术后并发症,还可以提高患者及其家属对于手术治疗效果满意度,对于下肢骨折患者固定手术的手术室护理配合方法的治疗效果具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of operating room nursing combined with internal fixation for lower extremity fractures, and provide reference for clinical nursing research. Methods 60 patients with lower extremity fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 were enrolled. The patients with lower extremity fractures were divided into control group and observation group by random grouping, 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing. The patients in the lower limbs of the observation group underwent comprehensive nursing treatment, and the treatment effects of the operating room nursing method for the internal fixation of lower limb fractures were compared. Results The healing time of lower extremity fractures in the control group was(72.39±3.87)d, the time of grounding was(75.29±3.97)d, and the hospitalization days were(96.32±4.19)d. The healing time of lower limb fractures in the observation group was(42.37±2.32)d, the time of lowering was(45.85±2.41)d, and the length of hospital stay was(68.25±2.50)d,the different was statistically significant(t=8.583,6.774, 5.799, P<0.05); the incidence of complications in the control group was 23.33%; the incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%, and the difference between the two groups was significant(χ~2=4.021, P<0.05). The satisfaction of the control group was 60.00%; the satisfaction of the observation group was 90.00%,the different was statistically significant(χ~2=6.793, P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing treatment for patients with lower extremity fractures can not only significantly reduce postoperative complications, but also improve the satisfaction of patients and their families on surgical treatment. The treatment effect of the operation and nursing method for fixed surgery in patients with lower extremity fractures has significance.
