三辨治癌外用中药治疗肺腺癌组方规律初探

摘要
三辨治癌理论,即辨证论治、辨病理论治、辨病位论治相结合。根据三辨治癌理论将中药方剂做成外用膏,给病人在相应的穴位和病灶部位塌渍,再借助中医定向透药治疗仪增加中药的渗入,以最大程度的减少药品的首过效应和胃肠道反应。临床实践显示,三辨治癌外用中药治疗肺腺癌疗效显著。
According to the theory of Sanbian Zhiai(the theory of cancer treatment determination based on pathogenesis differentiation obtained through patho-examination,cancer treatment determination based on pathogenesis differentiation obtained through patho-location and cancer treatment determination based on syndrome differentiation),we made Chinese herbal medicine into ointment for external use,and put it on the patients' corresponding acupuncture points and focus locations through immersion method in the help of TCM directional permeation therapeutic apparatus which can increase the infiltration of traditional Chinese medicine.As a result,first-pass effect and gastrointestinal reaction could be avoided.Clinical practice showed that the curative effect using by the method above to treat lung adenocarcinoma is remarkable.
