研究全程护理干预对胃癌术后早期肠内营养并发症的影响

摘要
目的对胃癌手术患者施行全程护理干预,探究该护理方法对早期肠内营养并发症的具体影响。方法选择2016年6月至2017年医院普外科收治的30例胃癌手术患者,以随机分组的形式分成两组。研究组15例行全程护理干预,对照组15例行肠内营养常规护理,观察比较两组患者的术后胃肠道恢复情况、并发症情况及护理满意度。结果研究组的术后肠胃道功能恢复情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的并发症总发生率(13.33%)显著低于对照组(33.33%)(P<0.05);研究组的护理满意度(93.33%)显著高于对照组(73.33%)(P<0.05)。结论对胃癌手术患者行全程护理干预,既可促进患者的胃肠道功能恢复,又可提高护理满意度,减少术后早期肠内营养并发症的发生,护理效果确切,值得加强推广。
Objective To conduct a full-course nursing intervention for patients with gastric cancer surgery, and to explore thespecific effects of this nursing method on early on-site nutritional complications. Methods Thirty patients with gastric cancer whounderwent general surgery in the hospital from June 2016 to 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. Fifteen patients in thestudy group underwent full-course nursing intervention, and 15 patients in the control group underwent routine enteral nutritioncare. The postoperative gastrointestinal recovery, complications, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function in the study group was significantly better than that in the controlgroup(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group(13.33%) was significantly lower than that in the controlgroup(33.33%)(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group(93.33%) was significantly higher than that of the controlgroup(73.33%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The whole-course nursing intervention for patients with gastric cancer can not onlypromote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, but also improve the satisfaction of nursing and reduce the complications ofearly enteral nutrition after operation. The nursing effect is exact and worthy of promotion.
