摘要
不同来源的淀粉其直链淀粉与支链淀粉的比例不同,淀粉中直链淀粉与支链淀粉的比值越高,其越难在小肠内被消化;高直链支链淀粉比值日粮会促进肠道内双歧杆菌、乳杆菌等有益菌的增殖,抑制大肠杆菌等致病菌繁殖;高直链支链淀粉比值日粮同样可以增大小肠绒毛高度、隐窝深度及其二者的比值。文章就不同直链支链淀粉比对动物肠道内淀粉消化、肠道菌群和肠道形态结构的影响作以综述。
        Starches from different sources differ in the proportion of amylose and amylopectin, and the higher the amylose and amylopectin ratio in starch, the more difficult to be digested in the small intestine. High proportion of amylose and amylopectin starch diets can promote intestinal Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus and other beneficial bacteria proliferation, inhibition of Escherichia coli and other pathogenic bacteria breeding. The high proportion of amylose and amylopectin can also increase the height of villi, crypto depth and their ratio. In this paper, the effects of the difference proportion of amylose and amylopectin on the digestion, intestinal flora and intestinal morphological structure of the intestinal tract were reviewed.
