摘要
选取48只3月龄、初始体重在10~15 kg且相近的断奶绒山羊公羔,随机分成8组,每2组饲喂相同的日粮,以研究紫花苜蓿添加到日粮中对家畜个体生长性能的影响和添加的适宜水平。4组日粮组合分别为:(1)80%玉米秸秆,20%玉米颗粒;(2)10%紫花苜蓿干草,70%玉米秸秆,20%玉米颗粒;(3)25%紫花苜蓿干草,55%玉米秸秆,20%玉米颗粒;(4)40%紫花苜蓿干草,40%玉米秸秆,20%玉米颗粒。预试期7 d,正试期42 d。结果表明:饲喂日粮4和日粮3的断奶绒山羊幼公羊的个体日增重显著高于饲喂日粮2(P<0.05),饲喂日粮2较饲喂日粮1个体平均增重减少21.28%(P<0.05),饲喂日粮3和4之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究结果提示,日粮中添加25%以上紫花苜蓿可明显提示绒山羊日增重。
To study the effect of adding different proportions of alfalfa into diets on livestock growth performance and the appropriate addition level, forty-eight weaned cashmere male goats with similar initial body weight of 10~15 kg at the age of 3 months are divided into eight groups at random. Every two groups are fed the same diet. Four diet compositions are as follows:(1)80% maize straw, 20% corn grain;(2)10% alfalfa, 70% maize straw, 20% corn grain;(3)25% alfalfa, 55% maize straw, 20% corn grain;(4)40% alfalfa,40% maize straw, 20% corn grain. The entire experiment consists of forty-nine days, including a seven-day pre-feeding period and a forty-two-day testing period. The results show that the daily weight gain of goats with diet four and diet three are higher than that of diet two(P<0.05), and the daily weight gain of goats with diet two is decreased by 21.28% compared with that of diet one(P<0.05), but there is no significant difference between diet three and diet four.
