摘要
为了对联合作战方案进行优选决策,创造性地利用3级优度评价方法,结合层次分析法及Matlab,从联合作战方案考虑的多级评价指标体系出发,对作战方案的优劣进行全面评估,为联合作战方案的综合评估提供一个新途径。通过对一次演习中多种备选方案的分析,并运用Matlab对优选结果进行仿真,证明了该方法的科学性和有效性,为作战方案的优选决策提供定量和定性的理论依据,有较好的推广应用前景。
        In order to optimize the decision-making of joint operation scheme,a 3-degree evaluation method is creatively used by combining AHP and Matlab. Considering the joint operation plan of a multilevel evaluation index,the advantages and disadvantages of the combat scheme are assessed in the round.It provides a new way for the comprehensive evaluation of joint operational plan. By analyzing a variety of alternatives in a drill and using Matlab,the optimization results are simulated. It is proved that the method is scientific and effective,providing quantitative and qualitative theoretical basis for the optimization of operational plans with a good application prospect.
