摘要
目的 :利用脑功能成像方法探讨针刺足阳明胃经后引发的小脑脑功能激活,以及小脑参与内脏功能调节的表现和途径。方法:足阳明胃经上足三里与上巨虚两穴配伍电针针刺健康志愿者,同时行脑功能成像,记录激活和抑制脑区并分析。结果:针刺右侧足三里与上巨虚2个穴位后,右侧小脑皮层和双侧丘脑出现激活,小脑呈同侧激活,而丘脑呈双侧激活。结论:小脑-下丘脑双向通路是小脑参与足阳明胃经调节胃肠功能的通路,可实现小脑的内脏调节功能。
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncturing on the activation of cerebellum function by f MRI,and to explore the manifestation and pathways of cerebellar involvement in visceral function regulation. Methods:Twenty healthy volunteers were enrolled in the Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yang Ming,the compatibility of acupuncture Zusanli and Shangjuxu two acupoints,the activation area in the brain was recorded by f MRI and analyzed. Results:The right cerebellar cortex and bilateral hypothalamus were activated,the cerebellum was ipsilateral activation,and the hypothalamus was bilateral activation. Conclusion:The cerebellum-hypothalamic bi-directional pathway is that the cerebellum regulates gastrointestinal function by the Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming.
