胚挽救技术在葡萄育种上的研究及应用

摘要
胚挽救是指受精后胚在早期的发育阶段退化或败育,然后通过早期胚的离体培养而发育成完整植株的过程。胚挽救技术在早熟葡萄育种率的提高、无核葡萄品种的培育、三倍体葡萄的育种以及葡萄远缘杂交等方面发挥着重要作用。综述了胚挽救的概念、影响胚挽救成功的因素、胚挽救技术在葡萄育种中的应用,并提出了胚挽救技术在今后的研究和应用前景。
        Embryo rescue refers to the process by which post-fertilization embryos degenerate or abort at an early developmental stage and then develop into intact plants by in vitro culture of early embryos. Embryo rescue technology plays an important role in the improvement of early maturing grape breeding rate, the cultivation of seedless grape varieties, the breeding of triploid grapes, and the distant hybridization of grapes. This paper reviews the concept of embryo rescue, the factors affecting the success of embryo rescue, the application of embryo rescue technology in grape breeding, and the future research and application prospects of embryo rescue technology are put forward.
