前列腺穿刺诊断恶性叶状肿瘤1例报道

<正>前列腺叶状肿瘤(phyllodes tumor,PT)是一种非常罕见的类似于乳腺叶状肿瘤的上皮—间叶性肿瘤,包括良性、交界性和恶性,其中恶性更为罕见。前列腺恶性PT极易被误诊,很少能在手术前得到正确诊断。回顾性分析我们收治的1例恶性PT,术前粗针穿刺诊断为前列腺叶状肿瘤。外院根治标本明确其恶性特征。现结合文献就其临床表现、影像学特征、病理学特征、免疫组化及治疗预后进行分
