摘要
介绍了蒸发急冷塔在危废焚烧系统中的作用,主要分析了蒸发急冷塔出现湿壁腐蚀穿孔的影响因素以及解决方案。在蒸发急冷塔设计阶段,需要考虑充分,并根据实际工况进行计算流体动力学(CFD)模拟分析,以指导后期的运营。合理的设计结合科学的运营管理和维护,可确保危废焚烧系统中蒸发急冷塔的长期稳定运行。
This paper introduces the role of the evaporative cooler in the hazardous waste incineration system, and it mainly analyzes the influencing factors and solutions of the wet wall corrosion perforation in the evaporative cooler. In the design stage of the evaporative cooler, sufficient considerations should be taken into account and computational fluid dynamics(CFD) simulation analysis should be carried out according to actual working conditions to guide the later operation. Reasonable design combined with scientific operation management and maintenance can ensure the long-term stable operation of the evaporative cooler in the hazardous waste incineration system.
