摘要
文中针对牡丹江110 kV桦林变10 kV数字化计量试点中发现的电子式电流互感器运行状态下误差异常故障,开展罗氏线圈原理电子式电流互感器电屏蔽结构缺陷产生的误差机理研究;通过理论分析建立电子式互感器的屏蔽结构在电场中所形成的耦合电容网络,提出附加误差电压计算公式,并利用有限元仿真软件计算无屏蔽、屏蔽破损、屏蔽接地失效等状态下外部电磁场对电子式电流互感器比值误差的影响量;通过实验室搭建测试平台复现并消除现场故障。相关研究工作对完善电子式电流互感器现场检测方法、及时发现故障隐患和故障原因提供实践依据。
        The electronic current transformers(ECTs)based on Rogowski coil principle are used in the 10 kV digital measurement pilot line in 110 kV Hualin Substation in Mudanjiang.During the long-term operation of the equipment,some faults unexpected of the ECTs are found out.Thus the error mechanism of the ECTs' electrical shielding structure defects is developed in this paper.The coupling capacitor structure of the transformer is formed in the electric field,and an additional error voltage calculation formula is proposed.The finite element simulation is used to calculate the external electromagnetic field to the ECT under the conditions of no shielding,shielding damage and shielding without ground.The field failures can be reproduced and eliminated through the laboratory test platform.These research works provide a practical basis for improving the on-site detection method of ECTs and finding hidden troubles in time.
