摘要

总结胡爱民教授治疗痤疮的临床经验。其认为痤疮以实热证为主,多因脾胃积热、湿热互结、酝酿成毒、循经上熏、上壅于颜面而致,治以清热解毒、散结消肿为主,以五味消毒饮化裁,临证时根据痤疮的多发部位、具体形态及颜色随症加减,疗效显著。附典型病案1则以验证。
        This paper summarized professor HU Aimin's clinical experience in treating acne. Professor HU holds that acne is excess heat syndrom mostly due to retention of heat in spleen and stomach,dampness-heat stasis,which brew into toxin along the order of meridians up to face. The treatment is mainly to clear away heat-toxin,resolve mass and disperse swelling. Modified Wuwei Xiaodu Yin is used clinically according to the multiple location,shape and color of acne. The effect is significant. One typical case is presented for inspecting and verifying.
