摘要
示功图是煤层气井生产管理与评价的重要参数。通过测试驱动系统的电参数获得抽水机的示功图。为了分析系统参数对电参数测量精度影响的显著性因子,建立抽水机的动力学模型,用Powell优化算法计算最优示功图。采用控制变量法,通过改变目标函数影响因子的数值,计算得到特征值的变化幅度与范围,从而确定特征值影响因子的显著性。设计正交试验,利用方差分析法对电示功图影响因素的敏感性进行量化评价,得到影响电示功图的主要因数和次要因素。对选取的煤层气井测试功率进行电示功图数值模拟。研究表明,系统效率、电机特性、系统转动惯量对电示功图有直接的影响,不同影响因素对电示功图特征值影响显著性不同,显著性分析结果符合电示功图数值模拟结果。
        As an important parameter for production management and evaluation of CBM wells,Indicator diagram of the pump by testing the electrical parameters of the drive system has been obtained.In order to analyze the significant factors influencing the system parameters accuracy of electrical parameter measurements,the dynamic model of the pumping machine was established,the Powell optimization algorithm was applied to calculate the optimal dynamometer diagram.By using the variable controlling method,the magnitude and range of variation of the eigenvalue with changing the values of the objective function impact factors has been calculated to determine the significance of the eigenvalue impact factor.By the designing of the orthogonal test and analysis of variance,the quantitative evaluation of the sensitivity of the influence factors of electric indicator diagrams has been performed and the main factors and secondary factors affecting the electric power diagram has been concluded.Numerical simulation of electric power diagram for selected CBM well test power has been completed and the research shows that the system efficiency,motor characteristics,and system rotational inertia have the direct impact on the electric power diagram,while the influence of different influencing factors on the eigenvalues of the electric power diagram are different.The results of the saliency analysis are in accordance with the numerical simulation results of the electric indicator diagram.
