摘要
目的研究低浓度二氧化氯消毒剂对大肠杆菌杀灭效果及其影响因素。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对该低浓度二氧化氯消毒剂的杀灭效果进行研究。结果该低浓度二氧化氯消毒剂产品原液含量为500 mg/L。以浓度0. 05 mg/L二氧化氯水溶液对含菌量1. 01×10~3cfu/ml的大肠杆菌悬液作用20 min,杀灭对数值为3. 0。用0. 01 mg/L二氧化氯消毒剂作用3 d后,水中大肠杆菌数为0 cfu/ml,5 d内对照组和试验组菌落数均呈下降趋势;浓度提高到0. 05 mg/L,作用20 min,水中大肠杆菌数为0 cfu/ml;对含有有机物的大肠杆菌菌悬液,0. 05mg/L二氧化氯消毒剂作用2 d后,杀菌率可达99. 12%,且对照组和试验组大肠杆菌菌落数呈先上升后下降的趋势。结论低浓度二氧化氯消毒剂对清洁水体中大肠杆菌具有良好的杀菌效果,水中有机物对该低浓度二氧化氯杀菌效果影响明显。
        Objective To observe the disinfection effect of low concentration chlorine dioxide disinfectant on Escherichia coli( E. coli) and its influencing factors. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the efficacy of low concentration chlorine dioxide disinfectant. Results The original solution content of the low concentration chlorine dioxide disinfectant product was 500 mg/L. The killing logarithm value of 0. 05 mg/L chlorine dioxide to 1. 01 × 10~3 cfu/ml E. coli in suspension for 20 min was 3. 0. The number of E. coli in the water was 0 cfu/ml after 3 days of treatment with 0. 01 mg/L chlorine dioxide disinfectant,and the number of E. coli in the control group and the experimental group decreased within 5 days. The concentration increased to 0. 05 mg/L for 20 minutes,the number of E. coli in the water was 0 cfu/ml. As for E. coli with organic substances in suspension,the bactericidal rate of 0. 05 mg/L chlorine dioxide disinfectant was 99. 12% after 2 days,and the colony number of E. coli in the control group and the experimental group increased first and then decreased. Conclusion Low concentration chlorine dioxide disinfectant has good bactericidal effect on Escherichia coli in clean water and organic substances in water has obvious influence on bactericidal effect.
