摘要
为探讨黄精多糖对大鼠脾脏免疫功能的影响,将36只试验大鼠中6只较懒惰大鼠淘汰,剩余30只按体重随机分为安静组、运动组和运动给药组,每组10只,试验前对3组大鼠进行体重测定及一次力竭跑台练习,3组大鼠体重、力竭运动时间均无显著差异。试验时运动给药组大鼠灌服剂量为100g·(kg·d)~(-1)黄精多糖溶液,其他2组灌服相应体积的生理盐水。运动训练组、运动给药组进行为期8周递增负荷训练及1周力竭训练,测定各组大鼠体重、脾脏指数、T淋巴细胞增殖能力、B淋巴细胞增殖能力、T淋巴细胞亚群、巨噬细胞吞噬能力。结果表明:与安静组相比,运动组体重、脾脏重、脾脏指数降低,脾脏中T淋巴细胞增殖、B淋巴细胞增殖、巨噬细胞吞噬能力、CD_3~+、CD_4~+、CD_8~+、CD_4~+/CD_8~+降低,运动给药组体重、脾脏重、巨噬细胞吞噬能力降低,运动给药组T淋巴细胞增殖、B淋巴细胞增殖、CD_3~+、CD_4~+、CD_8~+、CD_4~+/CD_8~+无显著差异。与运动组相比,运动给药组体重、脾脏重、脾脏指数升高,脾脏中T淋巴细胞增殖、B淋巴细胞增殖、巨噬细胞吞噬能力、CD_3~+、CD_4~+、CD_8~+、CD_4~+/CD_8~+升高。这一研究提示黄精多糖能显著缓解强迫运动引起的脾脏免疫功能低下,恢复脾脏免疫功能接近正常水平。
        This paper aims to study the effect of polygonatum polysaccharide on spleen immune function of rats by establishing a model of exercise immunosuppression.Of 36 experimental rats,6lazy rats were eliminated,and the remaining 30 rats were randomly divided into sedentary group,exercise group,and dosage-given plus traing group,with 10 rats in each group according to their body weight.As a result,there was no significant difference in body mass and exhaustive exercise time among the three groups.In the experiment,the mice in the exercise administration group were given 100g·(kg·d)~(-1) yellow essence polysaccharide solution,and the other two groups were given the corresponding volume of normal saline according to the quality.The exercise group and the dosage-given plus traing group received 8weeks incremental load training and 1 week exhaustive training.The body weight,spleen index and proliferation of T lymphocytes were measured in each group.The proliferation of B lymphocytes and the phagocytosis of macrophages were measured.The results showed that compared with the sedentary group,the body mass,spleen weight,spleen index,T lymphocyte proliferation and B lymphocyte proliferation,macrophage phagocytic capacity,CD_3~+,CD_4~+,CD_8~+,CD_4~+/CD_8~+,body weight and spleen weight in the exercise group were decreased.There was no significant difference in T lymphocyte proliferation and B lymphocyte proliferation CD_3,CD_4,CD_8,CD_4/CD_8 in the dosage-given plus traing group.Compared with exercise group,the body weight,spleen index,proliferation of T lymphocytes and ratio of T lymphocytes in the spleen and CD_3~+,CD_4~+,CD_8~+,CD_4~+/CD_8~+ were increased in the dosage-given plus training group.Polygonatum polysaccharide significantly alleviated the spleen immune function induced by forced exercise and recovered the spleen immune function close to the normal level.
