中药熏洗结合推拿促进足部骨折康复护理

摘要
目的探讨中药熏洗结合推拿促进足部骨折康复护理的方法与效果。方法选取96例于2017年1月—2018年1月在该院进行治疗并处愈合后康复期的足部骨折患者,依护理方法不同将其分为对照组和研究组,两组均接受常规护理,同时给予对照组推拿治疗,研究组中药熏洗结合推拿治疗,比较两组的护理效果。结果两组患者护理前VAS评分与关节活动度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后均有所改善,研究组护理后VAS评分与关节活动度均优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗结合推拿可促进足部骨折患者的关节功能恢复,具良好的康复护理效果,值得在临床当中推广应用。
Objective To explore the method and effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with massage to promote rehabilitation nursing of foot fracture. Methods Select 96 cases from January 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital for treatment and healing after convalescence of foot fracture patients, the nursing methods in accordance with the different divided into control group and research group, two groups are for routine care, while giving the control group, massage therapy, group Chinese medicine fumigation combined with massage therapy, compare the nursing effect of the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in VAS score and range of motion before nursing(P>0.05)between the two groups, both of which were improved after nursing. VAS score and range of motion of joints in the study group were better than those in the control group, and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with massage can promote the recovery of joint function of patients with foot fracture, and provide good rehabilitation nursing effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
