消化内镜联合四联疗法治疗胃溃疡出血治疗的可行性探究

摘要
目的:探讨消化内镜联合四联疗法治疗胃溃疡出血治疗的可行性研究。方法:选取2018年84例收治胃溃疡出血患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者均分为研究组和对照组每组42例,对照组应用消化内镜方法,研究组应用消化内镜联合四联疗法。结果:研究组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者再出血发生率限度低于对照组(P<0.05),且生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消化内镜联合四联疗法对于治疗胃溃疡出血具有可行性,对患者的治疗具有显著的意义,能够在保证手术安全的情况下,提高手术的成功率,值得推广。
Objective: To explore the feasibility study of combination of digestive endoscopy and quadruple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer hemorrhage. Methods: 84 patients admitted to the treatment of gastric ulcer bleeding in 2018 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into study group and control group, with 42 patients in each group. Digestive endoscopy was used in the control group, and digestive endoscopy combined with quadruple therapy was used in the study group. Results: The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), the incidence limit of re-bleeding in the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Digestive endoscopy combined quadruple therapy for the treatment of gastric ulcer bleeding has feasibility, has significant meaning for the treatment of patients, it can ensure the safety of operation, improve the success rate of surgery, which is worth of promotion.
