摘要
目的:探讨生物膜清洗剂与多酶清洗剂对腹腔镜器械清洗消毒效果比较。方法:选取609件临床使用后的腹腔镜手术器械,按照清洗方法的不同将其分为观察组(306件)和对照组(303件),观察组采用生物膜清洗剂清洗方法,对照组采用全效酶浸泡清洗方法。对两组清洗质量采取细菌检测与三磷酸腺苷(ATP)生物荧光检测的方法进行对比,评价两组腹腔镜器械清洗消毒效果。结果:1细菌检测合格率显示,观察组为97.4%,对照组为94.7%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(x2=5.868,P<0.05);2ATP生物荧光检测合格率显示,观察组为96.7%,对照组为93.7%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(x2=9.435,P<0.05)。结论:采用生物膜清洗剂进行内镜器械清洗消毒和灭菌,能有效地提高清洗消毒与灭菌的效果,适宜广泛在腹腔镜器械的清洗消毒中应用。
        Objective: To discuss of the effects of biological membrane cleaning agent and enzyme's soaking to the results of the cleaning and disinfection of laparoscopic instruments. Methods: 609 laparoscopic surgical instruments were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(n=306) with the method of biological membrane cleaning agent and the control group(n=303) with the method of full effect enzyme's soaking. The results of bacteria detection and ATP bioluminescence detection were compared to evaluate the efficacy of laparoscopic equipment cleaning of the two groups. Results: The qualification rate ofbacteria detection in the experimental group was 97.4% and the qualification rate in the control group was 94.7%. The difference was statistically significant(x2=5.868, P<0.05). The qualification rate of ATP bioluminescence detection in the experimental group was 96.7% and the qualification rate in the control group was 93.7%. The difference was statistically significant(x2=9.435, P<0.05). Conclusion: It can effectively improve the effect of cleaning, disinfection and sterilization with the biological membrane cleaning agent. It was suit for cleaning to laparoscopic instruments.
