摘要
目的:研制一种新型内窥镜下消化道黏膜清洗与染色设备,用于代替人工黏膜清洗与染色方式,提高医护人员的工作效率。方法:新型内窥镜下消化道黏膜清洗与染色设备主要由控制面板、单片机、蠕动泵、储液瓶、硅胶管、喷洒管、踏板等部件组成。控制部分由控制面板、单片机及踏板组成,蠕动泵为抽吸液体的动力装置,储液瓶、硅胶管及喷洒管组成液体通路。使用时在控制面板中设定好所需参数,再使用踏板或按键对蠕动泵进行控制,以完成清洗及染色作业。结果:设备可根据临床需求对消化道黏膜进行清洗及各种染色,且操作时间短,冲洗力度充足,染色效果良好,内窥镜下视野更为清晰。结论:新型内窥镜下消化道黏膜清洗与染色设备安全可靠,操作简便,并可显著减少检查时间,提高工作效率,值得在临床中推广应用。
        Objective: To develop a new type of cleaning and dyeing equipment with endoscope for gastrointestinal mucous membrane so as to displace the current artificial mode of cleaning and dyeing and enhance the work efficiency of medical workers. Methods: The device mainly includes control panel, single-chip unit, peristaltic pump, storage bottle, silicone tube, spray pipe, pedal and other components. And the control system was constituted by control panel, single-chip unit and pedal. And peristaltic pump was used as the power device for sucking and pumping liquid. And liquid access was constituted by storage bottle, silicone tube and spray pipe. When use the device, the required parameters should be set in the control panel at the first, and then the pedal or button should be used to control the peristaltic pump so as to achieve the operation of cleaning and dyeing. Results: The device can achieve cleaning and various dyeing for gastrointestinal mucous membrane according to the clinical requirement. And it has series of advantages included short time of operation, enough power of washing, better effect of dyeing and more clear view field under the endoscope and so on. Conclusion: The device is safe, reliable, easy and simple in operation, and it can obviously decrease check time and increase work efficiency. And it is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinical application.
