全程优质护理在颌骨囊肿手术患者中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的探讨颌骨囊肿手术患者应用全程优质护理的临床效果。方法选取我院2018年1月至2018年12月收治的颌骨囊肿手术患者80例,随机分为两组各40例。研究组应用全程优质护理干预,对照组应用院内基础护理干预,比较两组的疗效、生活质量、护理满意度。结果研究组的总有效率显著高于对照组(95.00%vs. 80.00%, P <0.05)。研究组的情绪影响、睡眠影响、进食影响评分均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组(100.00%vs. 85.00%, P <0.05)。结论全程优质护理应用于颌骨囊肿手术患者可提高手术整体疗效,提高患者的生活质量以及护理满意度。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of whole-course high quality nursing applied in patients with jaw cyst surgery.Methods 80 cases of patients with jaw cyst surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The study group received whole-course high quality nursing intervention,while the control group received in-hospital basic nursing intervention. The curative effect, quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(95.00% vs. 80.00%, P <0.05). The scores of emotional effect, sleep effect and eating effect of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(100.00% vs. 85.00%, P <0.05). Conclusions Whole-course high quality nursing applied in patients with jaw cyst surgery can improve the overall surgical efficacy, and improve patients' quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree.
