摘要
针对UG自带工程图模板不符合国标且标题栏和明细栏内容需手动填写、出图效率低等问题,提出了一种自动更新标题栏和明细栏的方法。此方法基于UG平台,利用模板技术创建符合国标的工程图模板,在模板文件中添加标题栏和明细栏中各栏目的对应空属性,将栏目值做成与零部件属性相关联的属性映射;利用UG二次开发技术设计属性填写工具,可对声振系统零部件的名称、图号、材料等属性进行快速填写;并从三维信息模型中提取标题栏和明细栏信息,将属性映射实例化,实现了工程图栏目的自动更新,提高了设计效率。
        The drawing templates in UG do not meet the national standard,industry standard,and the title block and the item list need to be filled manually,thus causing the low work ratio in the process of producing engineering drawings. Aimed at this problem,this paper proposes a method of automatically updating title block and item list and based on UG platform,uses the template technology to create the engineering drawing template which conforms to the national standard. In the template file,the corresponding blank attributes add to columns of title block and item list. The column value is made into an attribute map associated with the component property. The attribute filling tool is designed based on UG secondary development to quickly fill in the attributes such as part name,drawing number,material of parts,and then the information about title block and item list is extracted from the 3D information model,which is used to instantiate the property mapping,automatically ally update the columns in engineering drawings and improve the design efficiency.
