摘要
以插秧机为主要研究对象,分析了轮式农业机械自动转向控制系统的基本构成,并根据自动转向控制技术,在对自动转向控制系统相关PID校正环节进行充分讨论的基础上,提出了一种以PD控制为核心的自动转向控制方案。经过仿真试验验证,PD控制具有良好地控制性能和反应速度,且稳定性良好,具有较好的应用推广价值。
Taking transplanter as main object,basic structure of automatic steering control system of wheeled agricultural machinery was analyzed.According to automatic steering control technology,based on full discussion of PID correction link of automatic steering control system,an automatic steering control scheme based on PD control was proposed.Simulation results showed that PD control had good control performance,response speed,and good stability.It had good application and popularization value.
