摘要
目的:调查新毕业护士自我职业生涯规划及工作满意度的现状,并探讨二者的关系。方法:采用大学生职业生涯规划调查问卷及工作满意度指数量表(IWS)对福州市某三甲医院新毕业的104名护士进行调查。结果:新护士的自我职业生涯规划均分为(47. 45±6. 58)分,处于中等偏上水平;工作满意度指数均分为(134. 80±10. 60)分,未达到基本满意。新护士自我职业生涯规划发展因素与组织决策呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01),保障因素与工作任务、收入及职业地位呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),声望因素与职业地位呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),与互动合作呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。结论:新护士自我职业生涯规划期望较高,护理管理者应重视新护士的职业引导,并从各个方面提高护士的工作满意度,达到促进新护士自我职业生涯良好发展的效果。
        Objective To investigate the status of career planning and job satisfaction of new graduate nurses,and to explore the relationship between them. Method A survey of 104 nurses in a new hospital in fuzhou city was carried out by using the questionnaire of career planning and job satisfaction index(IWS). Results The self-career planning of new nurses was divided into(47. 45 ± 6. 58),which was in the middle level. The index of job satisfaction was divided into(134. 80 ± 10. 60),which was not satisfactory. The development factors of new nurses' self-career planning were positively correlated with organizational decision(P < 0. 01); The security factors were negatively correlated with work tasks,income and occupational status(P < 0. 05); The prestige factor was negatively correlated with occupational status(P < 0. 05),which was positively correlated with interactive cooperation(P < 0. 01). Conclusion New nurse self career planning high expectations,nursing managers should pay attention to the new nurses' professional guidance,and improve the nurses' job satisfaction from all aspects,to promote the development of new nurse career good effect.
