县级国土空间规划中生态保护红线的划定方法探讨——以三江侗族自治县为例

国土空间规划是一项综合性的规划,其目的是寻求更加符合可持续发展与宜居的空间环境,生态保护红线的划定国土空间规划的一项重要内容,是保护具有重要生态功能和生态环境敏感脆弱区域的范围线,是保障国土生态安全要严守的底线。县级空间规划中生态保护红线的划定具有承上启下的作用,要有具体的红线范围和明确的空间布局。该文以三江县为例,探讨县级国土空间规划中生态保护红线的划定方法。
National land spatial planning is a comprehensive planning,its aim is to search for more sustainable development and livable space.Defining the boundary of ecological protection area is an important content of national land spatial planning among which the line is an important range line to protect important ecological function and ecologically sensitive and vulnerable areas.It is a base line for protecting the land ecological safety that should be strictly defended.The red line delimitation of ecological protection at county level in national land spatial planning forms a link between the preceding and the following,which should has specific range and clear spatial layout.This thesis takes Sanjiang County as an example to discuss the method of demarcating ecological protection red line in national land spatial planning at county level.
