摘要
目的探讨应用局部区域一致性(ReHo)研究失语患者静息态下脑功能区活动改变情况。方法运用SIEMENS verio 3.0T磁共振对23名志愿者及21名失语患者行静息态BOLD-fMRI扫描,应用DPARSF软件进行时间层校正、头动校正、空间标准化、去线性、滤波(0.01Hz        Objective To study the changes of functional brain areas in patients with aphasia under resting-state by using regional homogeneity(ReHo). Methods Resting-sate sequence scanning was performed using SIEMENS verio 3.0 T magnetic resonance scanner in all of 23 controls and 21 patients. After acquiring all the subjects resting-state images data, the data were then preprocessed by using DPARSF software, all resting-state data were processed in turn by slice timing, realignment, normalization, Detrend, fliter(0.01 Hz
