摘要
文章以南京NO.2017G30地块住宅小区为例,系统介绍了该项目温湿度独立控制空调系统的设计参数选取、空调负荷及冷热源、地埋管换热器系统设计、置换新风系统设计、空调水系统与空调末端系统设计、温湿度控制及防结露控制,对在夏热冬冷地区如何营造科技住宅具有较好的借鉴价值。
Taking Nanjing NO.2017 G30 plot residential community as an example, this paper systematically introduces the design parameters selection of air temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning system, air conditioning load and cold heat source, ground tube heat exchanger system design, replacement fresh air system design. The design of air conditioning water system and air conditioning end system,temperature and humidity control and anti-condensation control have good reference value for how to build science and technology residences in hot summer and cold winter areas.
