摘要

2016年7月1日,住建部、国家发改委、财政部联合发布通知,决定在全国范围开展特色小镇培育工作,提出到2020年培育1000个左右各具特色、富有活力的休闲旅游、商贸物流、现代制造、教育科技、传统文化、美丽宜居等特色小镇。本文对黑龙江省桦南林业局发展紫苏特色小镇进行分析和探讨,从而更好的指导桦南林业局特色小镇的规划建设。
        On July 1,2016,the Ministry of Residence and Construction,the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued a circular,deciding to carry out the cultivation of Characteristic Towns nationwide,and proposing to cultivate about 1 000 characteristic towns,such as leisure tourism,business and logistics,modern manufacturing,education and technology,traditional culture,beautiful and livable,by2020. This paper analyzes and discusses the development of Zisu town in Huanan Forestry Bureau of Heilongjiang Province,so as to better guide the planning and construction of Huanan Forestry Bureau.
