摘要
通过回顾总结SDJ 20—78《水工混凝土结构设计规范》大体积混凝土结构构件配筋方法的演变过程,对比分析国内外各行业规范相关条文,研究条文依据的原理,提出新的大体积混凝土结构构件最小配筋率处理方法和相关条文建议。所提方法结合了现行DL/T 5057—2009《水工混凝土结构设计规范》和ACI 318—14《Building Code Requirements for Structural Concrete》的优点,使其既能保证ρ<ρ_(min)时所需钢筋用量为固定值,又能保证γ_dM小于但靠近开裂弯矩M_(cr)时不会发生少筋破坏,且取消了DL/T 5057—2009规范大体积混凝土最小配筋率条文只适用于"卧置在地基上以承受竖向荷载为主、板厚大于2.5 m的底板"等限制。
        With reviewing and summarizing the evolution of the reinforcement methods for massive concrete structures in Design Specification for Hydraulic Concrete Structures(SDJ 20-78), the regulations of the minimum reinforcement ratio of massive concrete in currently domestic and oversea codes of various industries are compared and analyzed, and the principles of relevant provisions are investigated. A new method to determine the minimum reinforcement ratio is presented and the recommendations on relevant provisions are made. The advantages of DL/T 5057-2009 and Building Code Requirements for Structural Concrete(ACI 318-14) are combined skillfully in the suggested method, which guarantes that the amount of reinforcement is fixed when ρ<ρ_(min), ensures that the less reinforcement failure will not occur when γ_dM is less than and close to the cracking moment M_(cr). In addition, the limit that the minimum reinforcement ratio for massive concrete structures in DL/T 5057-2009 is only applicable to the bottom plate mounted on foundation and mainly subjected to vertical load with more than 2.5 m thickness is eliminated.
