摘要
目的研究临床口腔患者感染病原菌分布及耐药性相关分析,为临床口腔医师提供有力依据。方法选取2015年11月-2016年11月来医院口腔外科就诊110例患者为研究对象,收集患者口腔分泌物,培养病原菌,分析药敏结果并记录。结果病原菌培养结果显示,110例口腔患者共检测出细菌245株,其中厌氧菌155株占63.27%,需氧菌90株占36.73%,厌氧菌中包括福赛类杆菌、中间普氏菌、韦荣球菌、口腔链球菌、牙龈卟啉菌、黑色素普氏菌、核梭杆菌等,其中口腔链球菌86株占35.10%,高于其他菌类;药敏结果显示,病原菌对头孢曲松、四环素、万古霉素、青霉素G、红霉素、庆大霉素等药物具有较高的敏感性。结论口腔患者感染病原菌中主要以厌氧菌中的链球菌居多,采用万古霉素、三代头孢类抗菌药物治疗效果明显,具有较高的敏感性。
        OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in patients with oral infections,so as to provide a basis for clinical dentists.METHODS A total of 110 patients with oral surgery in our hospital from Nov.2015 to Nov.2016 were selected as the research objects.The oral secretions of patients were collected,the pathogenic bacteria were cultured,and the drug sensitive results were recorded.RESULTS The bacterial culture test showed that a total of 245 strains of bacteria were detected from 110 cases of patients with oral infections,including 155 strains of anaerobic bacteria and 90 strains of aerobic bacteria,accounting for 63.27%and 36.73%,respectively.Anaerobic bacteria included Bacteroides forsythus,Prevotella intermedia,Veillonella,Streptococcus oralis,Porphyromonas gingivalis,Prevotella melaninogenicus,Fusobacterium nucleatum and other anaerobic bacteria,including 86 stains of S.oralis,accounting for 35.10%,which was higher than other bacteria.According to the results of drug susceptibility,the pathogens had high sensitive to ceftriaxone,tetracycline,vancomycin,penicillin G,erythromycin,gentamicin and other drugs.CONCLUSION The main pathogens of oral infection in patients were Streptococcus of anaerobic bacteria,the treatment effects of vancomycin and the third generation of cephalosporin antibiotics are obvious,with high sensitivity.
