摘要
目的:探讨口腔颌面部间隙感染手术治疗的特点。方法:对所有105例患者的感染间隙分布、手术切口的选择、冲洗管的使用情况、患者住院日数等资料进行系统分析。结果:口腔颌面部间隙感下颌下间隙70例(66.67%)最易受累;手术切口最多选择的是颌下切口80例(76.19%);术后有75例(71.43%)使用冲洗管。使用冲洗管的患者的平均住院日为(9.41±3.52)d,未使用冲洗管的患者的平均住院日为(12.89±4.49)d。结论:及时有效的切开引流对治疗口腔颌面部间隙感染至关重要,同时加强术后管理,积极冲洗换药对及早治愈意义重大。
        Objective: To explore the characteristics of the surgical treatment of maxillofacial space infection( MSI).Methods: Retrospective research was conducted including the indexes consisting of distribution of infected space,selection of surgical incision,usage of flushing pipe and hospital stay in all 105 patients. Results: The most commonly involved space was submandibular space with 70 cases( 66. 67%). The most surgical incision was submandibular incision with 80 cases( 76. 19%). The patients who were treated via flushing pipe after surgery were 75 cases( 71. 43%). The average hospital stay of the patients using flushing pipe were( 9. 41 ± 3. 52) days. The average hospital stay of the patients who did not use the flushing pipe were( 12. 89 ± 4. 49) days. Conclusion: Timely and effective surgery is essential for the treatment of MSI. It is of great significance for the treatment of MSI to strengthen post-operative management,active irrigation and cleaning the wound.
