基于Jefferson量表对药学生同理心水平的研究

摘要
目的开发出适用于我国的药学生同理心测量工具,并为完善药学教育提供建议。方法将Jefferson量表进行汉化和修改,首次编制中文版药学生同理心量表。采用编制的量表对国内三所医药类院校的临床药学专业大一至大五387名药学生进行问卷调查。数据分析工具为SPSS 17.0统计软件,分析方法包括内部一致性分析、描述性统计分析、因子分析、独立样本T检验和方差分析。结果量表具有较好的信度和效度。药学生同理心平均得分为(111.76±12.43)分,同理心水平较高。药学生同理心水平影响因素包括性别、年级、家庭经济条件、是否已经实习。结论开发出药学生同理心量表,并首次对药学生的同理心进行了测量。
        Objective To develop a suitable scale to measure pharmacy students' empathy, and provide suggestion to improve pharmacy education. Methods Translate and modify Jefferson scale of Empathy-Health profession students Version(JSE-HPS), and develop Chinese version Jefferson Scale of Empathy. Then to support its validity, 387 Clinical pharmacy students from grade 1 to grade 5 in three pharmacy schools were selected to answer the questionnaire. SPSS 17.0 was used for data analysis including internal reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, factor analysis, independent-samples T test and variance analysis. Results The scale has a good reliability and validity. The score on empathy of pharmacy students averaged 111.76±12.43, it was slightly higher. The empathy level was mainly influenced by gender, year of school, family economic conditions, and whether having an internship. Conclusion Empathy scale of pharmacy students has been developed, and pharmacy students' empathy has been measured by this scale.
