鞣花酸类化合物在野牡丹科植物中的分布与药理活性研究

摘要
野牡丹科为蔷薇亚纲中一个较大的科,全科共240属3 000余种植物,我国分布有25属,185种植物。野牡丹科植物主要含有鞣质与黄酮两大类成分,其中鞣花酸类化合物药理作用显著,是鞣质类化合物发挥药理活性的重要组成成分。该文对野牡丹科中已发现的鞣花酸类化合物及其衍生物的分布和该类化合物药理活性研究现状进行了总结;此外,为了更好的比较属间药效物质基础的差异,也对该科其他简单酚酸与鞣质类化合物的分布进行简单综述,在此基础上初步探讨该科植物的药用亲缘学关系,可为有效开发、合理利用野牡丹科药用植物资源提供重要的参考。
