药食同源中药在肿瘤预防中的应用探讨

摘要
近年来,恶性肿瘤的发病率和死亡率不断提高,早期预防、早期诊治是控制恶性肿瘤高发率和高死亡率的重要途径。中医药在恶性肿瘤的预防中可发挥重要作用,其中药食同源类中药具有安全性高、副反应小、价格低廉、剂型灵活、功效明确、患者依从度高、可长期服用等优点,并在中医癌毒病机理论等中医药抗肿瘤理论指导下,瞄准癌前病变阶段,贯穿防癌祛毒、扶正祛邪的基本原则,按照药食同源中药的四气五味、归经、功效,进行合理组方,优化剂型,长期干预,可在恶性肿瘤的预防中发挥其独特的优势。
In recent years,with the increasing morbidity and mortality of malignant tumor,early prevention and early diagnosis and treatment are important ways to control the high incidence rate and high mortality of malignant tumors. Traditional Chinese medicine can play an important role in prevention of malignant tumor. It's edible source of Chinese materia medica has the advantages of high security,small side effects,low cost,flexible form,clear efficacy,and patients' compliance degree is high,and it can be long-term use. Under the guidance of cancer pathogenesis theory of TCM such as cancerous toxin theory,aiming at the stage of precancerous lesion,through the principle of the combination of anti-cancer while removing toxic material and other therapeutic,and the four Qi and five flavors of Chinese traditional medicine are used to make rational group,optimized formulations,the long-term intervention,it can play a unique advantages in the prevention of malignant tumors.
