摘要
<正>科学的孕期营养干预是在正确营养状况评价基础上,通过临床营养的干预手段(膳食疗法、肠内营养、肠外营养以及营养宣教),以解决(预防或治疗)孕期的营养问题的过程。妊娠期营养复杂而特殊,孕妇不仅通过胎盘给胎儿输送全部营养,同时还要满足自身的胎盘增大以及哺乳等储备营养所需。孕妇存在的营养问题较为复杂,可以表现为蛋白质、热能营养不良,也可以能量过剩,也可以表现为单个或多个营养素的过剩或不足,甚至在能量过剩的同时伴随部分微量营养素缺乏等等状况,这给进行孕期营养干预带来了难度。
