综合护理对强直性脊柱炎患者运动功能及疼痛程度的影响

摘要
目的探究综合护理对强直性脊柱炎患者运动功能和疼痛程度的影响。方法回顾分析本院2017年2月至2018年2月收治的60例强直性脊柱炎患者的临床资料,将患者按照病例号的奇偶性分为对照组和观察组,各30例。观察组开展综合护理干预,对照组开展常规护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的穿袜、弯腰拾笔、触及高处、坐位站立、平卧位起立、直立后望、不扶物站立、蹬台阶、日常活动、忧虑、饮食、睡眠、不适、健康感觉、疾病控制、压力及VAS评分均显著优于对照组及护理前(P<0.05)。结论综合护理应用于强直性脊柱炎患者中可显著提升患者的护理满意度,改善患者的生活质量及运动功能,并减少疼痛,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on motor function and pain in patients with ankylosing spondylitis. Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with ankylosing spondylitis admitted in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the parity of case number, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention, while the control group was given routine nursing intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of socks wearing, bending down to pick up pens, touching height,sitting position standing, supine position standing, upright and backward looking, standing without support, pedaling steps,daily activities, anxiety, diet, sleep, discomfort, sense of health, disease control, stress and VAS in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group and before nursing(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients with ankylosing spondylitis can significantly improve the patients' nursing satisfaction, improve the quality of life and motor function and reduce pain, which is worthy of clinical application.
