机械力化学法制备GMA改性二氧化硅及其性能研究

摘要
文章通过机械力化学法,在有GMA存在的体系中球磨二氧化硅,制备GMA改性二氧化硅杂化粒子。结果表明:制备的杂化粒子甲醇值能达到59.28,具有很好的疏水性;在TEM电镜观察下,经过改性的SiO_2表面包覆了一层有机物,通过红外光谱分析可知在球磨过程中GMA酯键断裂生成甲基丙烯酸,而拉曼光谱显示杂化粒子中存在Si-C键,这表明在机械力作用下,甲基丙烯酸成功接枝到二氧化硅表面,通过热重分析测得接枝率为1.7%。
        In the paper, the GMA modified silica hybrid particles was prepared by Mechanochemical method which means that use the ball mill to grind the silica in the GMA system. The results shows that the highest methanol value of hybrid particle can reach 59.28, which Indicates that it has a very good hydrophobicity. And we can observe that the surface of the modified SiO_2 coated with a layer of organic matter under the TEM. In IR, we can know that methacrylic acid was prepared due to the breaking of ester bond in GMA molecule. And in Roman, we found that there are Si-C bonds on the surface of the modified SiO_2 which indicates that methacrylic acid is successfully grafted to the surface of silica under mechanical force. The grafting rate was 1.7 % measured by thermogravimetric analysis.
