美国电磁蓝军建设情况分析

摘要
建设形神兼备的模拟蓝军是开展实战化试验训练的前提,梳理了美国电磁蓝军建设的基本情况,总结了美国电磁蓝军建设的主要做法,为开展电磁对手建设提供经验和理论参考。
