平昌冬奥会短道速滑女子3000m接力决赛中争议事件解读

摘要
采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对平昌冬奥会短道速滑女子3 000m接力决赛判罚争议事件进行解读。认为出现判罚争议的原因如下:(1)短道速滑项目特征以及辅助裁判、转播技术的局限;(2)主场优势对客场作战的制约;(3)判罚尺度把握不准以及自身成绩优势消失的影响;(4)中国体育国际话语权缺失以及被动参赛的限制。事件对冬奥会"北京周期"的赛事筹备和训练备战的启示:及时根据比赛的裁判特点、对手情况做出调整;加快推进短道速滑项目规则改革的步伐;全方位提升中国冰雪运动实力;积极参与国际体育组织并寻求话语权的提升。
Using literatures,logical analysis and other methods,the interpretation of the controversial events in the finals of the 3000 m relay for the women short-track speed skating in the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics was interpreted. The reasons for the dispute are as follows:( 1) the limitations of the characteristics of short track speed skating,assistive referees and broadcast techniques.( 2) the restrictions of home court advantages.( 3) the Influences of the inadequacy of the scale of punishment and the disappearance of achievement advantage.( 4) the limitations of China's lack of international sports rights and passive participation. The event' s inspiration for the training and preparing for "Beijing Cycle"as the next Olympic Winter Games: Make timely adjustments based on the referee characteristics of the game and the circumstances of the opponent. Accelerate the pace of reformation of the rules of short-track speed skating. Fully enhance the actual strength of China's ice and snow sports. Actively participate in international sports organizations and seek to enhance the right to speak.
