精益看板方法在学习中的应用

摘要

针对学习中,内容碎片化、方法隐含、过程随意、内容和目标关联不明确等问题,本文在5S方法规范知识的基础上,将看板方法引入教学,进一步实现教学的精益改进。本文提出了课程、学习和教学三类看板,每类细分为内容、方法、过程和改善四小类,研究了每类看板的内容、作用和制作方法。本文提供了一种新的教学工具,充实了精益教学的基础。
        According to the problem that the content is fragmented,the method is implicit or presented,the process is unstable or random,the relation between the objectives and the others are not clear in the studying,the paper introduces the lean Kanban method to improvement the curriculum,learning and teaching.Three classes of Kanban are given. Each class is subdivided into the content,method,process and improvement.The paper addresses them from their content,function and manufacturing method.The content of this paper not only provides a new teaching tool,and enriches the foundation of lean teaching.
