快速康复外科护理干预对结肠癌根治术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响

摘要
目的探讨分析在结肠癌根治术患者中实施快速康复外科(fast-track syrgery,FTS)护理干预对患者术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法以广东医科大学附属医院2014年5月1日至2017年4月30日收治并行结肠癌根治术治疗的70例患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组(每组各35例)。对照组患者予以常规的围手术期护理,观察组患者实施快速康复外科护理干预。结果观察组患者术后排气时间、进食流质食物时间、下床活动时间、排便恢复正常时间、住院时间、术后2周内体重下降皆明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。术后总并发症的发生率两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论快速康复外科护理干预可以有效促进结肠癌根治术患者术后胃肠功能的恢复,缩短住院时间,减少体重降低程度,具有更好的术后康复效果,但未能有效降低术后并发症的发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention on postoperative gastrointestinal function in patients receiving radical operation of colon cancer. Methods From May1 st of 2014 to April 30 th of 2017,70 patients receiving radical operation of colon cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group equally. The patients in the control group received routine perioperative care,while the observation group received rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. Results The postoperative exhaust time,eating liquid food time,ambulation time,defecation recovery time,hospitalization time and weight loss in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group after 2 weeks( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the observation group and controlled group( P>0. 05). Conclusions Rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with radical operation of colon cancer promotes the postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function effectively, shortens hospitalization time, reduces weight loss and the incidence of postoperative complications which has good postoperative rehabilitation effect.
