预防保健与康复护理对老年性高血压的疗效

摘要
目的探讨选择预防保健+康复护理方式对老年高血压患者进行干预后获得的临床效果。方法选择医院2016年12月—2018年4月检诊的92例老年高血压患者作为实验对象;采用抽签法分组后进行老年高血压患者护理方式的选择;参照组(46例):选择基础护理措施展开老年疾病护理;研究组(46例):选择基础护理+预防保健+康复护理措施展开老年疾病护理;最终就两组老年高血压患者QOL评分以及血压水平展开对比。结果同参照组老年高血压患者QOL评分对比,研究组提升程度显著,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);同参照组老年高血压患者血压水平对比,研究组降低程度显著,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论护理人员合理选择预防保健+康复护理措施对老年高血压患者进行护理,在患者生活品质改善以及血压控制方面均获得理想效果,从而为老年高血压患者护理质量以及预后康复效果的提升做出保证。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of the intervention of preventive health care + rehabilitation nursing in senile hypertension.Methods 92 elderly patients with hypertension who were examined in the hospital from December 2016 to April 2018 were selected as experimental subjects. The nursing methods of patients nursing with senile hypertension were selected by lottery. The reference group(46 cases) : was given basic nursing measures to carry out elderly disease care; the study group(46 cases) : was given basic nursing, preventive health care and rehabilitation nursing measures to carry out elderly disease nursing; finally, QOL score and blood pressure level were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the QOL score of the reference group, the improvement degree of the study group was significant, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the blood pressure level of elderly hypertension patients in the reference group, the reduction degree in the study group was significant, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing staff should reasonably choose preventive health care + rehabilitation nursing measures for elderly patients with hypertension, which can improve their life quality and control their blood pressure, so as to guarantee the nursing quality of senile hypertension and the improvement of prognosis and rehabilitation effect.
