摘要

目的研究支撑喉镜联合喉内窥镜治疗喉部良性肿物的临床效果。方法选取本院喉部良性肿物患者70例,按随机数字法分成对照组和观察组,各35例,对照组采取支撑喉镜下手术治疗,观察组采取支撑喉镜联合喉内窥镜治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果和术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论支撑喉镜联合喉内窥镜治疗喉部良性肿物,治疗效果显著,安全性较高。
        Objective To study the clinical effect of supporting laryngoscope combined with laryngoscope in treatment of benign laryngeal masses.Methods 70 patients with benign laryngeal masses in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number method,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with supportive laryngoscope,while observation group was treated with supportive laryngoscope combined with laryngoscope.The clinical treatment effect and postoperative complications of two groups were compared.Results The clinical effciency of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Supporting laryngoscope combined with laryngoscope for treatment of benign laryngeal masses,the treatment effect is significant,high safety.
