摘要
针对输变电工程的应急能力评价的问题,通过网络分析法对各指标间错综复杂的关系进行梳理以解决应急评价指标之间不相互独立的问题。引入连续的二元语义法,对输变电工程指标进行评价以克服人为主观评判的不确定性和模糊性,将两者结合对输变电工程应急能力进行评估,建立输变电工程的二元语义网络分析法的应急能力评价模型;再根据具体实例分析、检查,专家对相应因素的打分,并利用SD软件计算出各指标的隶属度,并通过实证研究得出输变电工程应急能力符合实际情况。
        Aiming at the problem of the emergency capability evaluation of power transmission and transformation project, the complex relationship between the indexes is sorted out by the network analysis method to solve the problem that the emergency evaluation indexes are not independent of each other. The continuous binary semantic method is introduced to evaluate the index of power transmission and transformation engineering, overcome the uncertainty and ambiguity of human subjective judgment, evaluate the emergency capability of power transmission and transformation project, and establish the power transmission and transformation project. And then the paper uses the SD software to calculate the membership degree of each index. Through empirical research, the power transmission and transformation project can cater to the actual situation in case of emergency.
