“交感风暴”合并心力衰竭1例

<正>1病例资料患者男性,67岁,因"胸痛8 h"于2016年12月28日入院。患者8 h前无明显诱因出现胸痛,位置为心前区,性质为烧灼样,伴大汗,不伴放散痛,持续不缓解,遂就诊于当地医院,心肌损伤标志物升高,心电图提示"急性心肌梗死",口服"阿司匹林300 mg,氯吡格雷300 mg",今为求进一步诊治入吉林大学第一医院心内科。1年前因"胸闷"就诊于我院,超声心动图提示"左心室舒张末期内径72 mm,主动脉瓣环处内径30 mm,升主动脉扩张,较宽处
