虞坚尔“三阶序治法”辨治小儿哮喘经验

摘要
虞坚尔承袭徐氏儿科"小儿以阳气为本,辨证宜严谨,用药当果敢"的特色,将小儿哮喘按三阶序治疗,主张急性发作期降气化痰以定其喘、慢性持续期化痰健脾以固其效、缓解稳定期健脾祛痰以撼其根,且祛瘀与调气贯穿治疗始末,用药时刻以维护正气为要。三期治疗以治喘为纲,治水为常,平调肺脾,化瘀扶正并行。
Prof.YU Jianer follows the characteristic of "children are Yang Qi-rooted,needing exact syndrome differentiation and resolute medication"of Xu' s pediatrics,and treats infantile asthma from three-stage sequences.Prof.YU advocates descending Qi and resolving phlegm to relieve asthma in acute attack stage,resolving phlegm and invigorating spleen to consolidate the effect in the chronic persistent stage,as well as invigorating spleen and expelling phlegm to shake the root cause in the remission stage.Moreover,dispelling stasis and regulating Qi should be used through the whole treatment.Maintaining vital Qi is always significant during medication.Three-stage treatment takes treating asthma as the key link,and treating fluid as the constant.Even regulating lung-spleen,dissipating blood stasis and strengthening vital Qi are used at the same time.
