摘要
为解决透气编织袋(蛇皮袋)、无纺布袋难以自动取袋、开袋的技术难题,实现覆膜编织袋、透气编织袋等各种包装袋的自动化包装生产,基于仿生技术,针对包装袋材质以及开袋动作轨迹,研究并设计了一套在连续供袋情形下的透气性包装袋的自动取袋、开袋机构,实现连续式自动取袋、开袋,解决了透气性袋自动化包装难的问题,实现了粮食、饲料等行业各种包材的自动化包装,提高了生产效率。
        In order to solve the technical problem that the air-permeable woven bag(the snake skin bag)and the non-woven fabric bag are difficult to automatically take or open,and realize the automatic packaging production of various packaging bags such as the film-coated woven bag and the air-permeable woven bag,based on the bionic technology,the automatic bag taking and opening for the air-permeable packaging bag under the condition of continuous bag feeding was designed,according to the packing bag material and the bag opening movement track.The automatic packaging of various packaging materials in the industries of grain,feed and other were realized,and the production efficiency was improved.
